The second Citadel Country Spirit USA music festival lived up to the high standard set in 2018 by Impact Entertainment. The weather once again was ideal at Ludwig’s Corner, where the crowds enjoyed some of country music’s brightest stars.
Sunday’s lineup on the GMC Sierra stage included Mitchell Tenpenny, Chris Layne, Eli Young Band, and Old Dominion. The Citadel Rising Stars stage featured Cold Spring Union, Kendall Conrad, and Aubrey Rey.
