During the Revolutionary WarWarwick Furnace forged cannon. In 2013 four were found buried in the bed of French Creek. The lack of oxygen meant the cannon were well preserved. Following their restoration one was put on display in front of the furnace ruins. To commemorate the Semiquincentennial, Warwick Township organized a festival on September 19, at Warwick Furnace Farm. Here I have included few photos of the reenactors from the day.
