This past June we spent a week in Donegal, Ireland and then a few days in Northern Ireland, UK. The classic Irish weather presented challenging winds and rain. And almost every sunrise or sunset had too many clouds at precisely the wrong time. But this was all countered by the classic Irish welcomes and good cheer in the pubs and eateries.
