On both passes the weather was mostly misty with periods of heavy rain. The lodge was quite comfortable and welcoming. The biggest surprise and my great enjoyment came from the appearance of <a href=\"https:\/\/root2music.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Root2 Music <\/a>at dinner. Nancy Reid and David Frank provided a mix of Celtic fiddle and Delta guitar wrapped in a comfortable blanket of old time Appalachian&nbsp;music. Look for these two when you get the chance, sure to make you smile and tap your toes.
