You will need to have <a title=\"Drafts\" href=\"http:\/\/agiletortoise.com\/drafts\/\" target=\"_blank\">Drafts<\/a>, a very versatile note taking app, and should be familiar with its <a title=\"Drafts and Reminders\" href=\"https:\/\/agiletortoise.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/200634965-Reminders-Integration\" target=\"_blank\">integration with the iOS Reminders App<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Create a new Draft that uses the first line delimited by the # character as the name of the list in Reminders. Each subsequent line will be an item in the list.\u00a0You can download my <a title=\"Photo Trip Prep\" href=\"http:\/\/www.migrate.edwardbacon.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/PhotoTripPrep.txt\" target=\"_blank\">PhotoTripPrep.txt<\/a> as a starting point, after pasting it into your draft, make any needed personal\u00a0customization. Alternatively, I use <a title=\"TextExpander Touch\" href=\"http:\/\/rollover.smilesoftware.com\/TextExpander\/touch\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">TextExpander Touch<\/a> and have created a snip-it with the text of my default list. Now I simply type the abbreviation and it automatically expands in Drafts. I modify the title to match the Photo Trip, add or subtract items and click the &#8220;List in Reminders&#8221; action.<\/p>\n<p>This technique can be used for all sorts of reoccurring list. In fact, I was motivated to write this post after receiving John Paul Caponigro&#8217;s <a title=\"John Paul Caponigro eNews\" href=\"http:\/\/www.johnpaulcaponigro.com\/get-news\/\" target=\"_blank\">Insight eNews<\/a>, which linked to his presentation on <a title=\"The Art of Travel John Paul Caponigro\" href=\"http:\/\/www.johnpaulcaponigro.com\/blog\/7903\/the-art-of-travel-free-webinar-online-now\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Art of Travel<\/a>.
