On the ride back to Reykjavik, we stopped at two popular waterfalls,&nbsp;Sk\u00f3gafoss and&nbsp;Seljalandsfoss. Once in the city we grabbed a quick dinner and then set out for a last spectacular <a href=\"http:\/\/www.migrate.edwardbacon.com\/blog\/2013\/04\/iceland-aurora-borealis\/\">night of the aurora<\/a>. Returning at 3:30 am I was surprised to see the Friday&#8217;s revelers still in the streets going strong. All too much for me after having put in a 21 hour day.<\/p>\n<p>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderAs noted in an earlier post, finding a unique shot of the Sea Stacks around Vik can be a challenge. We had the area to ourselves at sunrise and early morning, except for a film crew that seemed to appear right after we did.
